

Pratik is co-founder of Atyant Capital and head of distribution and operations. His singular goal is to grow and run Atyant as an investment firm that makes money for the investor, not off of them. To do so, Pratik applies the sales, marketing, and operational expertise gained over 12 years of refining business strategies for Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to launching Atyant, Pratik played key roles in the financial services consulting practices at Deloitte Consulting and Meritage Technologies. He specialized in projects designed to protect and enhance shareholder value, including an overhaul of corporate governance practices and a $150M post-merger cost-reduction effort at two $5B + financial institutions.

VK is co-founder of Atyant Capital and lead portfolio manager for the Global Opportunities Fund. Through 15 years of managing assets, he consistently identified long-term macroeconomic opportunities that can be magnified through short and medium-term trading strategies. VK currently sees the greatest global opportunities within the precious metals complex.
Prior to launching Atyant, VK built his capital markets knowledge entrepreneurially. He started Vedant Mimani Trading, specializing in equities, commodities, and currencies. Over a ten-year period, he grew his capital base to 83 times its initial value.
VK graduated from Yale University with a degree in Economics. Outside of Atyant, VK is busy championing a new sport he helped invent, El Punto Grande. Rahul leads Atyant Capital Advisors, advisor to the Atyant Capital India Fund. In the last 10 years he’s managed money exclusively in the Indian markets. His mission is to consistently identify the best 10-15 investment ideas from among the thousands of publicly-traded Indian corporations. Rahul’s value-based investment philosophy stands apart due to his belief in the paramount importance of corporate governance, specifically how management operates with its minority shareholders in mind.
Prior to Atyant, Rahul spent four years leading Meridian Investments, generating a 430% absolute return for the firm’s high net worth clients.
Rahul graduated from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Economics. Outside of Atyant, he practices Vipassana, a 2,500 year-old meditation technique that helps people see things as they really are. Rahul lives and works in Chennai, India.
